何俊霖,男,四川巴中人,工学博士。累计发表学术论文20余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者发表SCI/EI检索期刊论文8篇(SCI6篇)。担任Journal of Building Engineering (SCI)、KSCE Journal of Civil Engineering (SCI)、Jordan Journal of Civil Engineering(EI)等期刊审稿专家。

教育经历:
